In checkout click on 'Payment Method' then click on 'Complete Order'.  You will be redirected to Paypal and login with your details.  You can sign up here as well.

Pay with Card

In checkout click on 'Payment Method' then click on 'Complete Order'.  You will be redirected to Paypal.  Click on 'pay with a card' and follow prompts to enter in your card details.
